Responsibilities:
– Managing a 35-people team organized within different areas: logistics, content, visitors management, partnerships, communication
– Implementing a solution to manage the inscriptions (SurveyMonkey and YesGoLive) and following-up with the guest list status
– Coordination of the event on site

 

GDF SUEZ, L’OREAL, VEOLIA – Corporate events

Company: Comback, global communication agency
Role: Project manager

Responsibilities:

– Complete management of corporate events: suppliers, guest list, promotional material
GDF: 20 persons at the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters
Veolia et L’Oréal: 80 persons during 3 days at the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix

CITYSPORT – Promotional events

Company: Comback, global communication agency
Role: Project manager

Responsibilities:

– Organizing the “Affiche ton style” promotional event for the client CitySport
– Facebook app development follow up (design, integration…)
– Communication tools creation: flyers, kakemonos…

Kreatis – Private events

Responsibilities:
– Organizing 10 events gathering between 100 and 250 persons
– Budget creation and management
– Coordinating the different suppliers (catering, photo, DJs…)
– Assisting the clients on site
